Majestic forest sunrise hdr

I captured this photo extremely early in the morning it was like 5:30 am at our local forest park , with a good buddy of mine who is also a photographer  we got up at 4 am  made some hot coffee some sandwiches and we were off to meet up with the sunrise ,although we packed everything including some beach folding chairs hehe  we forgot to add sugar to our coffee so it was bitter and punchy  but it helped with our creativity . We were walking about an hour before we stumbled up on this spot near a small lake which after the sun was up it was very misty and fogy ,that’s why in the background as you can see on the photo is white-ish  it was simply majestic site .The sun shining through the leafs of those threes  gave the grass and everything else a nice golden glow and a lot of color  but the part i liked the most were the long shadows from the threes which i used as leading lines across the entire frame .Enjoy

Grand Hall

This is a shot from the series of photos taken during my stay at the caribean soma bay world resort in Egypt Hurghada.

It’s an HDR shot of the Grand Hall a.k.a the reception at the resort ,it is the first thing you see when you arrive and its just ridiculous the huge marble floor  ,palms in the middle ,crazy zebra wooden chairs ,huge Greek columns and the Pièce de résistance was the huge light green dome from which you get the feeling that you are in a 5 floor  building . It was the best spacious and nicely chilled reception ever  and as always the staff was polite and lovely since this is my second time in Egypt i now know that once you get across to Africa people seemed more polite ,energetic and happy which is nice for charging your batteries from the working year 🙂 . I really regret not having time to  photograph the huge 4 chimpanzee statue that was in between the 3 pools  oh well maybe next time 😀

Enjoy the photo and subscribe to the HDRpoint newsletter.
