Spring Road

I shot this photo at the beginning of my photography career at my local park ,this is the image that transformed my vision and understanding light and the golden hour  after that i was experimenting with HDR  and tons of plugins . Although this is not an HDR image  it is still one of my favorite photos taken along with the ones i took while on vacation in Egypt ,this is the photo that shaped me into the natural HDR photographer today and i am really proud of it .

Nature’s Window

I took this photo last autumn i was really sunny and colorful with all the leafs falling down just a beautiful sight .I made the composition as best as the sun let me so it looks like a window directly into the nature with all of its magic i was fiddling with my lens for like an hour before i got the sun where i wanted it to be but it turned out great ,although i took like 10 or 11 frames to cover the sunset with a camera that has 14,4 ev stops of dynamic range which explains how much they will evolve in the future to get to the level when we do not need hdr but till then the hdr fun will continue .

10-11 bracketed shots 1 ev apart  blended in photomatix for the base photo and blended in the rest by hand in photoshop along with some nik software color corrections  and contrast corrections.

Camera: Nikon D800 14-24mm F2.8  at 16mm

iso:100

Lonely Tree

I took this photo really early in the morning i was there almost all night photographing the city with a friend of mine , after photographing the city i was getting some gear out of my backpack (which was near the tree ) and i saw the amazing tree there and the sun was making it’s first sign in the sky and instantly i had an idea .The idea was to photograph the tree overlooking the city giving that lonely feeling , it is like a natures guarding of the city .The idea was to get 2-3 long exposures for the sunrise and mix a little flash with the tree , i was behind the camera getting the settings right while my friend was running across the frame flashing the tree which was hilarious to watch  because i told him not to stop so he wont ruin the photo and he took it comically serious ran like a gazelle.

Nikon d800 + 14-24mm F11 , iso:100 sutterS:10-15 secs
